About this policy
This policy describes information processed when you use Hop Hop Hop AI at hophophopai.me.
Account and service information
When you create an account, we process your name, email address, and authentication information. If you choose Google sign-in, we request basic identity information: your name, email address, and profile image. Google One Tap, when available, uses the same identity sign-in flow. It does not grant access to Gmail or Drive.
We store records needed to operate your account, including credit activity, orders, subscriptions, support tickets, and generation task status. Technical request information may be used for authentication, rate limits, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Photos and creative directions
Choosing a photo prepares a preview in your browser. When you submit a generation request, we send your selected photos and creative direction to APIMart for review and video generation. Do not submit photos you do not have permission to animate, sensitive material, or images of children.
Task records may include generation settings, provider task identifiers, status, and result links. A generated video is not a private storage backup. Provider download links may expire; save a result you want to keep. We do not promise a fixed deletion period or that an external provider never retains inputs. Provider processing is also subject to its own applicable policies.
Payments
When payment services are enabled, the selected payment processor handles checkout details. The website stores order, payment-status, and credit records needed to fulfil and reconcile your purchase. We do not ask you to enter a full card number into a support ticket or a chat.
Cookies and service providers
Cookies and similar browser storage support sessions, security, language, and appearance preferences. If optional analytics is enabled, its use follows the site's available cookie controls. Hosting, authentication, AI, and payment services process information necessary to provide their respective features. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to investigate abuse.
PVUV traffic analytics
With your cookie consent, we use PVUV.ai to measure public page visits, traffic sources, campaigns, device/browser information and traffic quality. PVUV uses first-party cookies and may store a visitor identifier in localStorage. Its service processes technical signals to distinguish automated visits; PVUV states that it stores IP and device-fingerprint hashes rather than raw values. Our integration disables mobile-sensor collection and excludes account, admin and authentication pages. We do not send account emails, uploaded photos or generation prompts as analytics events.
Rejecting non-essential cookies prevents PVUV from loading. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop the loaded tracker. Existing analytics records are not automatically erased by withdrawal. Google Analytics and Plausible remain separately configured analytics services.
Your choices and requests
You can review available account details in your account area. For questions about personal information, correction, deletion, or access, use Support tickets. Sign in to send a request. Requests may require identity verification; some transaction and security records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Security and updates
The service uses access controls for account data and protected settings. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share your password or account keys. We may update this policy as the service changes; the revision date above identifies this version.
