Using the service

These terms apply to Hop Hop Hop AI at hophophopai.me. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

The studio creates AI dance videos from the photos and directions you submit. The credited TikTok clips on the site are examples of the dance by their respective creators.

Your account and inputs

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate account information. Use only photos, likenesses, and other materials that you own or have permission to use and animate. People shown in submitted photos must be adults. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from anyone depicted.

Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, nonconsensual sexual material, unlawful content, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or evade its limits. Access may be restricted for misuse.

AI results and music

The finished MP4 includes the original trend audio. AI output can differ from your request and may contain visual errors. Review a video before downloading or sharing it. Exact identity reproduction, choreography, timing, commercial clearance, and watermark-free output are not guaranteed.

The service does not grant a license to the original Hop Hop Hop song or any other third-party music, trademark, or likeness. Add or distribute only content you have the right to use, and identify AI-generated material where required by the platform or applicable rules.

Credits and checkout

Before purchasing, review the displayed credit quantity, full charge, currency, billing period, and expiry terms. One-time packs are separate from recurring subscriptions. The current generation cost appears in the studio; a credit pack does not guarantee a fixed number of videos.

Checkout is unavailable until a payment method is enabled. Subscription renewals follow the terms shown at checkout and can be managed in your account where available. A failed or uncertain request may need reconciliation before its final credit status is known. If something appears incorrect, contact support with the order or task reference. Do not assume a cash refund or a specific refund deadline; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Results, access, and support

Provider result links may expire. Download completed videos you want to keep. Service availability and settings may change, and no uninterrupted operation or specific completion time is promised.

For account, credit, generation, or privacy requests, sign in and use Support tickets. Do not include passwords, full payment card information, or provider keys. We may update these terms as the service develops; the revision date above identifies this version.
